A: Material, quantity, dimension, tolerance; CAD drawing will be best if convenient.

Q: What about after-sale service?

A: Spare parts which are non-man-made damaged will be offered a replacement for free within 90 days after shipment, and you can contact us any time if need help.

Q：Is it possible to know how are my products going on with out visiting your company?

A、We usually send the progress schedule weekly with pictures or videos.

Q、Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

A、Yes, we can sign the NDA before cooperation, so for sure we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
